We are seeking a dynamic and experienced eCommerce Executive to oversee our online sales and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our eCommerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. E-commerce Operations Manage daily operations including order processing, appointment alignment as per POs, transport coordination, dispatch follow-ups, returns, cancellations, and inventory management.
  2. Team Coordination Work closely with warehouse, logistics, catalogue, transport, and marketing teams to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce functioning.
  3. Catalogue Management Create, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Swiggy, Instamart, Website, etc.) including titles, descriptions, keywords, bullet points, and SEO-friendly content.
  4. Website & Marketplace Handling Manage day-to-day activities on multiple platforms, ensuring accurate product data, pricing, promotions, and content alignment.
  5. Customer Service Support – Coordinate with teams to resolve customer queries, returns, and complaints for improved customer experience.
  6. Business Reporting – Prepare and analyze sales reports, stock reports, return reports, and share actionable insights with management.
  7. Brand Content & Marketing Support – Assist in enhancing A+ content, coordinating promotions, coupons, sponsored ads, and campaigns.
  8. Advanced Excel & Google Sheets Work – Prepare MIS, tracking sheets, and analytical reports using advanced formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).
  9. Multi-tasking – Flexible to handle multiple areas of e-commerce operations, not restricted to a single function.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in e-commerce operations & catalogue management.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Website, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
  • Experience in handling bulk sheet uploads, error fixing, and catalogue corrections.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filters, MIS, reporting).
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams (operations, logistics, catalogue, customer service).
  • Highly self-motivated, quick learner, team player, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with keen attention to detail.
