About the candidate –An Ideal candidate should have a B.E.+ MBA with 10-18 years of experience in the Heavy Industry or Manufacturing industry with proficiency in complete supply chain activities including sub-contracting. Good technical knowledge of various manufacturing processes in castings, forgings, machining, fabrication, etc. International procurement of all types of steel plates, Forgings, Castings, Brought out, and Hardware.

Key Competencies –Overall responsibility for Purchasing and Cost Estimating activities across the business.Should have knowledge machining, fabrication, inserts, tooling, etc.Should know American, European, and Asian Standard Grades for Raw Material.Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate, and manage key stakeholders and suppliers.
