Job Description The Associate Product Manager assists in the development, launch, and continuous improvement of products or specific product features. This role is highly cross-functional, supporting product strategy through data analysis, customer empathy, and collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams.  Key Responsibilities 1. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities and market gaps. Gather and synthesize quantitative product data (, web analytics, usage metrics) and qualitative customer research (surveys, interviews, user feedback) to inform product decisions. Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and report findings to senior management. 2. Product Development Support: Assist in defining product requirements, writing user stories, and maintaining the product backlog. Support the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap in alignment with the overall product strategy and business goals. Participate in agile ceremonies (like sprint planning and retrospectives) and coordinate with the engineering and design teams to ensure smooth development cycles. Perform testing and quality assurance (QA) on new features and product updates. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between the product team and cross-functional partners (, Engineering, Design, Business, Customer Support). Help prepare and present project status, risk management, and product updates to stakeholders. Assist in the planning and execution of product launches, often by creating support or training documentation for internal teams and customers. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field 2-4 years of experience in product management Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and the ability to evaluate partnership opportunities based on business impact and ROI. Experience with project management, agile development methodologies, and product management tools. Passion for innovation and a drive to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in partnership management and product development. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
