About the role (Key responsibilities areas)

  • Build upon the core marketing strategy, marketing concepts, & campaigns to deliver on business objectives.
  • Come up with new ideas for internal and external campaigns that would appeal to the masses and manage the brand's identity and presence.
  • Define, execute, and reinforce Maagicmind’s purpose, mission, and values; position the brand as a thought leader while working closely with the founding team.
  • Conduct market research and personas and build GTM strategies with management to make informed decisions on growth strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities in the B2B funnel and execute online and offline marketing campaigns customized to fill and grow the lead pipeline with high-quality leads.
  • Organize department meetings, conduct personnel reviews, and attend managerial meetings.
  • Identifying and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders, such as media outlets, industry influencers, and other organizations that can help promote the company's products or services
  • Account based outreach to the relevant prospect using LinkedIn 
  • Measure the performance and assess all campaign activities against goals (ROI and KPIs) and adjust strategy & activities to achieve them.
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using predetermined KPIs; monitor metrics that affect our website traffic, conversion, and retention (e.g., reduce churn rate).
  • Handle the end demand generation process with both Inbound and Outbound activities

Requirements 

  • A proven track record in growing companies and leading dynamic & fast moving teams.
  • You have a minimum of 9 years of experience in marketing, including in-house performance marketing experience in IT/ITES organizations.
  • 9 years of experience managing, coaching, and scaling high-performance marketing teams. Strong communication skills with your team and to consumers.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, LinkedIn Outreach activities, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Should have worked in both top of the funnel (lead gen with paid campaigns) and bottom of the funnel (lead nurturing with email)
  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring lead generation and nurture programmes for a B2B audience.
  • May have worked on ABM platforms and CRM tools like Freshsales, Apollo, 6sense or more.



Incentive plan


A variable pay of Annual Bonus of 15% will be added into the CTC which will be based on the total business growth driven by the marketing team.
