Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our web-based trading platforms: FnO 360 and Trade Station. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the stock market, derivatives trading, and equity markets, combined with a passion for technology and product development.


What You'll Do:

  • You will be responsible for the complete product lifecycle, from development to deployment, ensuring the platforms meet the needs of our users while driving innovation and growth.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, including sprint management, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
  • Lead the development of new features and tools, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into the existing platforms.
  • Take full ownership of the FnO 360 platform, including its development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Manage and enhance the Trade Station platform, our proprietary web-based investor platform, ensuring its stability, usability, and feature richness.
  • Oversee the addition of new features, data points, and tools on both platforms, ensuring they align with user needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the stock market, derivatives trading, and equity markets to drive product decisions and innovations.
  • Apply experience in trading and stock broking to ensure that platform features meet the demands of active traders and investors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor platforms to ensure our products remain competitive and cutting-edge.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to innovate and explore new ideas.
  • Act as a self-starter and quick learner, driving the team towards excellence and operational efficiency.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in the stock broking industry, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in trading.
  • Proficiency in API development, microservices architecture, and product management tools such as FIGMA, JIRA and TFS.
  • Strong understanding of stock markets, derivatives trading, and equity markets, with the ability to translate this knowledge into product features.
  • Innovative mindset, strong leadership qualities, self-motivated with a zeal to learn, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and innovate.
