Role Overview – Affiliate Marketing Manager (Global Operations) We’re looking for a dynamic Affiliate Marketing professional to lead and scale our affiliate campaigns. High analytical ability with comfort using data dashboards, reports, and affiliate tracking tools (e.G., Appsflyer, Adjust & appmetrica) Location: Noida, Sector 63 Experience: 2–3 Years Work Mode: Full-time, On-site Compensation: As per company norms Key Responsibilities 1. Global Campaign Management - Plan, execute, and scale global affiliate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring delivery against ROI and CPA targets. - Analyse daily performance data, optimise for profitability, and troubleshoot delivery issues in real time. - Manage campaign budgets and ensure timely delivery across multiple regions. 2. Partner Acquisition (China, UK & US Focus) - Aggressively onboard and grow a network of top-performing affiliates, publishers, and media buyers. - Leverage existing relationships within the Chinese, UK, and US affiliate landscapes to bring high-quality traffic and inventory. - Negotiate payouts, terms, and campaign deals that maximise profitability. - Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key global partners. 3. Team Leadership & Onboarding - Mentor and guide junior affiliate team members, fostering a culture of performance and accountability. - Oversee the onboarding of new traffic sources — from due diligence and tracking setup to performance validation. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (Finance, Legal, and Tech) to ensure transparent operations and timely partner payouts. Requirements & Qualifications - 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing. - Proven track record in managing multi-region/global campaigns. - Strong contacts and in-depth understanding of Chinese, UK, and US affiliate inventory and networks. - Advanced negotiation and communication skills. - High analytical ability with comfort using data dashboards, reports, and affiliate tracking tools (e.G., Voluum, Affise, HasOffers).
