Roles you will be recruiting primarily involve mid senior sales / digital marketing / business analysts.UseLinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social mediaforcandidates searching and direct placement .Screen resumes and applications; conductphone screening and competency-based interviewing .Coordinate interviews and assist inrecruitment advertising .Assist inonboarding, orientation, and HR documentation .MaintainHRIS records , supporthuman resource planningand policy implementation.Assist inemployee engagement, performance management, and exit interviews .Handlegeneral office administrationand ensure smooth daily operations.Work closely with the HR Manager onhuman resource strategy and development projects .Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree inHR / Business Administration / Related Field .Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR-related experience doing Non-IT recruitments may apply.Excellent communication skills(Fluent English & Hindi mandatory; knowledge of local languages is a plus).Proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, Word, and Outlook .Strongorganizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills .Familiarity withLinkedIn Recruiter / Candidate Selection toolspreferred.Must be based in Bangalore; preference for candidates within 30 minutes of our office.Personal AttributesSmart, articulate, and professional.Proactive learner with stronginterpersonal skills .Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to grow inHuman Resource Development .Compensation & Career PathInitial Package:₹15,000 per month (first 6 months).On successful completion, confirmed asHuman Resources Executivewith full-time placement.Immense learning and exposure inRecruitment, Human Resource Strategy, and HR Operationsto build a strong career foundation.How to ApplyIf you are ready to kickstart yourHR career in Bangalore , send us yourresume + cover letterat .We also encourage you to share ashort self-introduction video .Note:Only candidates able to Join us within 2 weeks at ourBangalore HOwill be considered.
