The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. Additionally, the Recruiter will coordinate with hiring managers, manage job postings, and ensure a smooth hiring process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, attending career fairs, and assisting with onboarding new employees.QualificationsExperience in sourcing and screening candidatesStrong interview and communication skillsProficiency in managing job postings and working with applicant tracking systemsAbility to coordinate and work closely with hiring managersOrganizational skills for maintaining candidate databasesExperience in attending career fairs and other recruitment eventsFamiliarity with onboarding processesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldPrior experience as a Recruiter or in Human Resources is preferred
