We are looking for a high-energy, ambitious sales professional who wants to grow fast and work directly with the founder team. ⭐ What You’ll Do Identify and engage decision-makers in banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, fintechs, and government agencies Manage complete sales cycle: outreach → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure Respond to RFPs / tenders for BFSI and government projects Work closely with founders to build pricing, use cases, and deployment strategies Coordinate with engineering team during PoC and pilot integrations Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline ⭐ Who We’re Looking For ✔ 1–5 years experience in B2B BFSI sales (fintech, SaaS, cybersecurity, GovTech, identity systems) ✔ Understanding of selling to banks, NBFCs, insurance, or government IT departments ✔ Strong communication & relationship-building skills ✔ Experience with enterprise procurement cycles is a plus ✔ Hustle mindset — comfortable with outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals ⭐ Good to Have Experience selling APIs/SDKs Worked with fintech or cybersecurity solutions Familiarity with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML, identity verification ⭐ Why Join ByoSync Work directly with founder team building India’s first Biometric OS Layer Be part of a deep-tech, high-impact product powering the future of authentication Fast career growth into Sales Lead / VP Sales Competitive salary + performance bonuses + early ESOPs
