As part of our B2B Inside Sales team, you will drive new customer acquisition for Palladium where you will own everything from outreach to demos to closing. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting channels. Identify and reach out to decision-makers (VPs, Heads of Sales, CXOs) in mid to large enterprises. Pitch and schedule product demos showcasing a fully autonomous solution. Understand prospect pain points and tailor conversations to their use cases. Maintain and track active leads with disciplined follow-up. Consistently meet and exceed personal sales targets. Leverage internal databases and tools to identify the right point of contact in target companies. Preferred Qualifications 2–4 years of outbound/inside sales experience , preferably in IT / Tech / SaaS / Software sales . Strong communication skills in English and Hindi . Prior experience in a Domestic Sales environment is preferred. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and prospecting best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven IC role. Any Graduation (preferred BTech, BE, BCA, BSc Electronics, etc.).
