This is a high-performance, target-driven role where you will interact with prospective learners and help them choose the right program.Responsibilities- Convert warm leads by conducting need-based sales conversations.- Drive follow-ups and closures within the defined sales cycle.- Communicate with prospects across calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.- Track key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per lead, and revenue per sale.- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and outcomes.Requirements- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C Sales (EdTech experience preferred).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Result-oriented with a proven track record in target-based roles.- Ability to learn products quickly (within 48 hours).- Resilient, confident, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.- Technical/Computer Science background is a plus, not mandatory.What We Offer- Attractive incentives (earn up to ₹12 LPA total).- Fast career growth into team lead/manager roles based on performance.- A dynamic, young, and high-energy work environment.- Opportunity to work with a rapidly scaling EdTech brand.
