We are seeking a highlyexperienced and skilled Level 3 Office 365 Administrator to joinour IT team. In this critical role you will be responsible for thedesign implementation optimization and ongoing administration ofour entire Office 365 environment. You will possess deep technicalexpertise a strong understanding of security best practices and theability to troubleshoot complex issuesindependently.
Responsibilities:
  • Designimplement and manage the Office 365 tenant configurationincluding:
  • User accountsgroups and permissions
  • Security settings andcompliance policies
  • Mail flow and data lossprevention (DLP)
  • SharePoint Online sitecollections and permissions
  • OneDrive forBusiness storage quotas and sharingsettings
  • Microsoft Teams settings andgovernance
  • Integration with Azure ActiveDirectory (AzureAD)
  • Proactively monitorOffice 365 health and performancemetrics.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complextechnical issues related to all Office 365services.
  • Automate administrative tasks usingMicrosoft PowerShell scripting.
  • Develop andmaintain comprehensive documentation for Office 365 configurationsand procedures.
  • Collaborate with Level 2support engineers to ensure efficient issueresolution.
  • Stay uptodate on the latest Office365 features functionalities and securityupdates.
  • Provide technical guidance andtraining to lowerlevel administrators.
  • Adhereto strict security protocols and maintain a strong security posturewithin the Office 365environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum56 years of experience in Office 365 administration with a proventrack record of success in a complexenvironment.
  • Expertlevel understanding ofOffice 365 architecture services functionalities and security bestpractices.
  • Extensive experience in configuringand managing user accounts groups and permissions in AzureAD.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerShellscripting for Office 365administration.
  • Excellent problemsolvinganalytical and critical thinkingskills.
  • Superior communication interpersonaland documentation skills.
  • Ability to workindependently manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in afastpaced environment.
  • MCSA: Office 365certification and Microsoft 365 Certified Security AdministratorAssociate (MS500) certification (highlypreferred).
  • Experience with Azure ActiveDirectory Connect (AAD Connect) is aplus.
