We are seeking a talented andexperienced Level 2 Office 365 Engineer to join our growing ITteam. In this role you will be responsible for providing advancedtroubleshooting and support for a wide range of Office 365services. You will diagnose complex issues develop solutions andcollaborate with other engineers to ensure optimal performance anduserexperience.
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshootand resolve complex technical issues related to Office 365 servicesincluding:
  1. Exchange Online(email calendars contacts)
  2. SharePoint Online(document management collaboration)
  3. OneDrivefor Business (cloud storage)
  4. Microsoft Teams(communication and collaboration)
  5. Otherrelevant Office 365 workloads (specify ifapplicable)
  • Provideadvanced technical support to internal users and/or externalclients experiencing Office 365problems.
  • Conduct indepth analysis of userissues using diagnostic tools and logs.
  • Developand implement effective solutions to resolve technical problemsefficiently.
  • Document technical issuesresolutions and knowledge base articles clearly andconcisely.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to seniorengineers or Microsoft support as needed.
  • Stayuptodate on the latest Office 365 features functionalities andsecurity updates.
  • Proactively identifypotential issues and implement preventativemeasures.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams (e.g.network security) to ensure seamless integration of Office 365services.
  • May provide technical guidance andtraining to Level 1 supporttechnicians.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum45 years of experience in a technical support role with at least 3year experience as a Level 2 Office 365 engineer or similarrole.
  • Strong understanding ofOffice 365 architecture services andfunctionalities.
  • Indepth knowledge oftroubleshooting methodologies for Office 365applications.
  • Proficiency in using MicrosoftPowerShell for Office 365 administration (highlypreferred).
  • Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills.
  • Superior communication andinterpersonal skills both written andverbal.
  • Ability to work independently managetime effectively and prioritize tasks in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Proven ability to documenttechnical issues and solutionsthoroughly.
  • MCSA: Office 365 certification(preferred).
  • Experience with Azure ActiveDirectory (Azure AD) is aplus.
