This role combines expertise in merchant lending with consumer-centric approaches, focusing on scaling credit offerings, ensuring portfolio quality, and driving profitability across the B2C merchant segment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and expand the Merchant Credit B2C business across geographies. Drive merchant acquisition and credit disbursal, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Collaborate with product, risk, technology, and operations to design scalable merchant credit products for B2C customers. Monitor key performance indicators such as portfolio growth, delinquency rates, and customer retention. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal credit/risk guidelines. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales & credit operations team. Liaise with leadership and external partners to innovate and enhance B2C credit offerings. Requirements: 10–15 years of experience in credit, lending, or merchant/B2C finance , with leadership exposure. Deep understanding of merchant and B2C credit ecosystems, underwriting, and risk management. Proven ability to scale business operations while maintaining portfolio quality. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and familiarity with fintech or digital credit platforms. Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. People Management is Key to the entire Role
