Roles and Responsibilities
• Exception handling in transaction processing
• Maintain emplyee data
• Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
• Manages compensation processes and reports
• Performing salary reviews based on benchmarking data to ensure competitiveness
• Conduct testing and incorporate the revised rates as per Band in the system
• Generating scheduled/ ad-hoc reports
• Query resolution
Skills Required
Good understanding of compensation and benefits admin, human resources processes (COE and Ops)
Proficient in MS-Office (preferably Excel)
Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Analytical capabilities
Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research
familiar with compensation lifecycle
