About True Credits

Established in 2019, True Credits is the RBI licensed NBFC that provides innovative financial services to empower the next billion unbanked users. Job Description:

  1. Analyse data to extract actionable insights; Conduct in-depth root cause analyses, identify trends and patterns and share insights
  2. Analyse A/B tests / other business initiatives, and quantify the impact in terms of business metrics supporting company KPIs and growth
  3. Proactively identify opportunities, make a business case out of it and design solutions using data.
  4. Create and maintain tools/reports/dashboards, automate routine analyses and recurring tasks, for both technical and non-technical team’s use
  5. Build predictive models using advanced statistical methods like machine learning
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams with their analytics needs


Required Experience:

  • 4-6 years of relevant analytics experience; preferably in FinTech or BFSIStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience in sharing insights and providing recommendations
  • Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries. Knowledge of Python/R is a plus
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, PowerBIKnowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques
  • Hands on experience with machine learning is a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non technical audiences
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast paced environment
