Primary Responsibilities:

A Senior Data Scientist plays a crucial role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and solve complex problems. Here are some key responsibilities typically associated with this role:

Developing Advanced Models: Creating and implementing advanced statistical and machine learning models to analyze large datasets and predict future outcomesData-Driven Decision Making: Leading the process of data collection, analysis, and interpretation to inform business strategies and decisionsProject Management: Managing data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on timeMentoring: Providing guidance and support to junior data scientists, helping them develop their skills and advance in their careersCollaboration: Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate complex data into actionable insightsStaying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and machine learning to continuously improve methodologies and technologiesComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, machine learning, or similar rolesTechnical Skills:
Experience with statistical software like R, SAS, or similar toolsProficiency in programming languages such as Python and R14Solid skills in SQL for database management and queryingFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS for large-scale data analysis Analytical Skills:
Solid background in statistics and mathematical conceptsAbility to perform exploratory data analysis and handle unstructured data Proven ability to lead machine learning projects and modeling initiatives
