We aim to facilitate our clientele with a proactive approach to comply with the regulatory compliance guidelines for hassle-free trade. Our core services are Bureau of Indian Standards certification (Scheme-I ISI mark, Scheme-II CRS registration- Compulsory Registration Scheme, FMCS- Foreign Manufacturers Certification Scheme), BEE ratings, WPC/ETA approvals, EPR approvals, FSSAI, iCAT, ARAI, etc.
Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and business objectives are achieved. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, fostering trust and loyalty while driving client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to provide quality certification services.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Provide personalized solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
- Build, nurture, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client records with key insights.
- Analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas and suggest actionable strategies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement.
- Stay informed on industry trends to provide value-added advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Relationship Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of BIS standards and BIS portal
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
