DESIGNATION: Team Leader
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
•Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
•Delegating tasks to team members.
•Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence and communication skills.
•Conducting monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
•Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
•Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
•Source team members. (FOS)
•Evaluating the knowledge of team members periodically.
•To keep up with the market updates and insights.
•Day planning for each individual.
•Mapping KPI/KRA for every individual.
•Closing of sales for any and all team members, as and when provided.
•To develop a positive relationship with all clients closed or interacted.
•To develop business development
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
•2-12yrs. of real estate sales experience
•One should own a vehicle.
•Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred
•Passionate about sales
•Good communication skills & Client handling skills
•Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients
•Flexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hours
•Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed
•Confidence and skillful negotiating skills
•Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
