We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance our online presence and boost our website's visibility in search engine results.


Responsibilities:


On-Page Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases.
  • Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and URL structures for relevant keywords.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and keyword-rich content that aligns with user intent and industry best practices.
  • For better search engine visibility, implement image optimization techniques, including alt tags and file compression.
  • Develop a logical internal linking structure to facilitate user navigation and enhance website authority.

Technical SEO:

  • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure proper implementation of technical SEO elements, such as canonical tags and structured data (Schema.org).
  • Regularly monitor and analyze website performance, identifying and resolving any technical issues affecting SEO.

Off-Page SEO and Link Building:

  • Build a diverse and natural backlink profile through outreach, guest blogging, and other link acquisition strategies.
  • Engage with industry influencers, bloggers, and webmasters to gain brand and unlinked mentions for link building.
  • Leverage social media platforms to promote content, attract backlinks, and engage with the target audience.

Local SEO and Online Presence:

  • Optimize your Google My Business listing and ensure consistent NAP (Name, Address, and phone number) across online directories.
  • Identify and list the business in relevant local directories and citations to improve local search visibility.

Content Promotion and Outreach:

  • Develop content outreach strategies to promote high-quality content and build relationships with authoritative websites and publishers.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create shareable infographics, videos, webinars, and press releases for backlink acquisition.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize various SEO tools to monitor website performance, keyword rankings, traffic trends, and user behavior.
  • Generate regular reports to track the progress of SEO initiatives and provide insights for continual improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of successful SEO campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
  • Proficient in conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO elements and the ability to work closely with web developers to implement SEO recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and SEO-friendly content.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO algorithms and search engine guidelines.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking to meet tight deadlines.
