Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Google Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing Google Analytics solutions, analyzing website performance, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:

Google Analytics Implementation:

  • Set up and configure Google Analytics accounts and properties.
  • Implement tracking codes, tags, and pixels using Google Tag Manager.
  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive data collection across all digital platforms.


Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve website performance and user experience.


Campaign Tracking & Optimization:

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns based on data insights.
  • Ensure proper UTM tagging and campaign tracking for all marketing activities.


Advanced Analytics & Custom Reporting:

  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Google Data Studio.
  • Utilize advanced features of Google Analytics such as custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) analysis.


Training & Support:

  • Provide training and support to internal teams on Google Analytics and data interpretation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web analytics.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Google Analytics certification is a plus.
