The ideal candidate will act as the face of the institution, ensuring a welcoming environment for students, faculty, and visitors, while also supporting backend administrative functions, including basic IT support and inventory management . Key Responsibilities: Front Office Operations: Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Maintain student and visitor logs, appointment scheduling, and front desk records. Coordinate meeting rooms and maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Inventory & Asset Management: Keep accurate records of office and academic supplies, equipment, and other inventories. Raise requisitions for stock replenishment and maintain stock registers. Monitor usage and report discrepancies or damages to the concerned authorities. Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of all college assets. Coordination & Communication: Assist in organizing college events, seminars, and student-related activities. Provide administrative support during admissions, exams, and audits. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada. Pleasant personality with a professional attitude. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Saturday - 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
