Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, preparing and submitting tender bids, negotiating with clients, and ensuring timely delivery and payment collection. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance metrics, and provide reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy skills
- Tender bid preparation, submission, and follow-up abilities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Project management and organizational skills
