Manpower Management: Oversee manpower planning, deployment, and shift scheduling in coordination with line managers. Manage leave tracking, attendance records, and time office operations. Recruitment & Onboarding: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for factory staff and labour, including job postings, interviews, and joining formalities. Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs. HR Documentation & Records: Maintain all required statutory HR documentation including personnel files, registers, and compliance reports. Ensure proper handling of contract labour documentation and service provider compliance.
