Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our recruitment of best human resources with a proper amalgamation of experience & youth, forming a highly motivated team that embodies our mantra of “Creating Value, Partners in Growth.”Role : Sr. Credit AnalystDesignation : AVP or aboveRequirementsPreparation of CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) Data:- Strong understanding of RBI guidelines and formats.- Ability to analyze financial statements to prepare CMA reports.- Experience working with auditors and finance teams to project financials for term loans and working capital requirements.- Experience working with auditors and finance teams to project financials for term loans and working capital requirements.NBG Note / Board Note Preparation:- Experience drafting internal proposals and notes for bank sanction committees or internal credit/risk evaluation.- Familiarity with structuring board presentations for fund-raising or debt syndication approval.Understanding of Financial Requirements from Banks:- Ability to assess borrower requirements and translate them into appropriate debt structures (working capital, term loans, ECBs, NCDs, etc.).- Familiar with bank norms on DSCR, ICR, promoter contribution, collateral/security structuring, etc.Banking Relationships : *****- Existing relationships with relationship managers, corporate banking teams, or syndication desks across public, private, and foreign banks.- Experience in negotiating terms (interest rates, covenants, tenure, etc.) with banks and FIs.Additional Value-Adds:- Knowledge of consortium lending and multiple banking arrangements- Exposure to project finance, structured finance, or securitization- Understanding of credit rating process and interactions with agencies (CARE, ICRA, CRISIL, etc.)- Ability to support deal execution end-to-end - from mandate to disbursementThe ideal candidate will have a very strong connection and relationship with PSU/ Private Bankers as well as with corporates.ExperienceMinimum 8-10 years in a similar roleB.Com (Honours) + CA or MBA (Finance) in academicsSound knowledge in large credit disbursalPlease send along your resume to This is very urgent requirement and the best one will have the best of the bests remuneration in the industry.
