Job Overview:
We are hiring
Credit & Collections Analyst
and
Senior Analyst
with 2 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. This role involves managing customer credit risk, driving timely collections, and ensuring compliance with financial policies�all while supporting global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer credit profiles and recommend credit limits
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
  • Resolve billing disputes and ensure accurate invoicing
  • Prepare aging reports and collection forecast
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth collections
  • Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements

Skills & Attributes

  • 2 to 10 years of experience in Credit & Collections or related finance roles
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience working in US shift or with international clients preferred
  • Bachelor
  • s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
