Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Guwahati. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, providing excellent customer service, and training sales teams. The role includes setting and achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales Management, Sales, and Training
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to set and achieve sales targets
  • Experience in managing client relationships
  • Proficient in using sales and customer management software
  • Ability to work effectively on-site
  • 10 years Experience in the FMCG industry is a Must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
