To help us continue to enhance and expanding our offering, we’re in search of an experienced product manager to plan and implement the next generation experiences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovation mindset. This person should be a highly skilled in data driven decisioning with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release.

Objectives of this roleDrive the product- and business-planning processes for cross-functional teamsAnalyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspectiveAssess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiationAnalyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re metUnderstands data points, structuring and extracting insightsManage the lifecycle of the application with proper sprint and scrum processes with a complete emphasis on documentationDevelop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departmentsAppraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plansResponsibilitiesDrive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launchTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teamsCreate product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROIAnalyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communicationsCollaborate closely with engineering teams in the development, QA, and release of productsDevelop product positioning and messaging that differentiates across primary market segmentsRequired skills and qualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering and MBA from a leading B schoolStrong experience in a dynamic product management role in a consumer setupUnderstanding and good working knowledge of tools such as GA, XD, Figma, Azure, sprint, GA, clevertap etcProven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycleData extraction and analysisHigh effectiveness in managing cross-functional teamsExceptional writing and editing skillsDisciplined and process led
