Introduction ofCompany: Our client is established in2012 in Mumbai. They are inmanufacturing installation and servicingof Multi level Stack Parking systems Passenger Lifts and Carlifts.

GENERAL JOBDESCRIPTION:

AMechanical Parking Systems Installation Manager is responsible foroverseeing the planning coordination and execution of mechanicalparking systems installation projects. This role involves a varietyof responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation ofthese systems.

DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Planand schedule production.
  • Allocate resourcesincluding materials equipment and labor.
  • Managestaff and ensure that they are properly trained andequipped.
  • Monitor production progress and makeadjustments as needed.
  • Ensure that all safetyand environmental regulations aremet.
  • Troubleshoot problems and resolveissues.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure thatproducts meet the requiredstandards.
  • Communicate with customers and keepthem updated on the status of theirorders.
  • Skills and qualifications required tobe a production manager.
  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
  • Ability tomanage multiple projectssimultaneously.
  • Knowledge of productionprocesses and techniques.
  • Understanding ofsafety and environmentalregulations

KNOWLEDGE&SKILLS:

  • BEMechanical Engineering / Diploma MechanicalEngineering.
  • 2 plus years of Experience in thesimilar Industry.
  • Experience in a manufacturingor production environment through internships entrylevel positionsor promotions within a company.
  • Considergetting a professional certification such as the CertifiedProduction Manager (CPM)designation.
