Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product-related tasks for our existing and upcoming e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer journeys, improving conversion rates, and leading the integration of new technological solutions and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for e-commerce platforms such as ohpolly.ae and concept-n.com.Analyze and optimize the customer journey to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.Identify and implement innovative initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure product alignment with business goals.Manage relationships with tech vendors and service providers, overseeing the onboarding and integration of new technologies and solutions.Monitor project progress, adjusting timelines and resources as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.Stay updated with industry trends and customer insights to inform product strategy and enhancements.Identifying and evaluating new AI technologies and trends that could benefit the company, and determining how to incorporate them into the product portfolio.Ensuring that products are tested and validated before release, and that any issues are identified and resolved quickly.Managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support.Providing technical guidance and expertise to the rest of the organization, and ensuring that all employees are properly trained on new technologies and products.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA preferredProven experience in product management, preferably in the e-commerce sector.Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape and digital marketing strategies.Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to negotiate and manage external partnerships.Strong technical background and experience in software development, engineering, and product management.Strong understanding of current and emerging AI technologies, and the ability to identify new opportunities for innovation.Proven ability to create and execute product roadmaps and strategies.Experience working with large-scale, complex software systems, and the ability to architect and design scalable and reliable technology solutions.
