The brand focuses on easy-to-use, versatile products designed for everyday wear and is available across major marketplaces like Nykaa, Amazon, and Flipkart.About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Executive to manage product listings, optimize content using Helium 10, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance product visibility and performance across leading online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa.Key Responsibilities:Product Listing & Uploads- Create, update, and manage product listings across multiple marketplaces with accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, and high-quality images.- Ensure listings follow platform-specific guidelines and are optimized for both desktop and mobile search.- Use bulk upload templates and seller dashboards for efficient and error-free uploads.Keyword Research & SEO using Helium 10- Utilize Helium 10 tools effectively:- Cerebro – reverse-engineer competitor ASINs and identify high-performing keywords- Magnet – discover high-volume, relevant keywords for product categories- Frankenstein & Scribbles – refine and implement keyword-rich titles, bullets, and backend search terms- Index Checker – ensure proper keyword indexing on Amazon- Build SEO-optimized titles, bullet points, product descriptions, and backend search terms.- Continuously track keyword performance and update listings based on analytics and trends.✏️ Content Collaboration- Coordinate with graphic and content teams to ensure that product images, A+ content, and infographics align with keyword and branding strategy.- Prepare keyword briefs and SEO insights for content and creative teams using Helium 10 data.Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in marketplace listing, SEO, and content optimization.- Hands-on experience with Helium 10 for product research and keyword optimization.- Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, product positioning, and keyword indexing.- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for listing management and keyword tracking.- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Experience:- Experience in categories such as personal care, fashion, grocery, or baby products.- Familiarity with seller dashboards like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Nykaa Partner Portal.What We Offer:- Opportunity to drive product visibility across top Indian marketplaces.- Access to advanced tools like Helium 10.- A fast-paced, growth-oriented, and data-driven work environment.- Exposure to end-to-end marketplace management and brand growth strategies.
