Position: Sales Representative Qualification: B.Com / B.Sc / BE Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and basic data analysis Job Knowledge & Experience: 1–2 years of prior sales experience Key Responsibilities: Promote and achieve budgeted sales in the assigned area Identify new business opportunities and develop market strategies Plan, initiate, and monitor market activities, sales promotions, and competitor analysis Prospect, identify, and appoint Channel Partners Promote the full range of products among Channel Partners to achieve budgeted volumes Oversee Channel Partners’ operations and ensure performance targets are met Manage relationships with OEM dealers and service teams Generate business through new market development while sustaining existing markets Achieve targeted primary and secondary sales in coordination with Channel Partners Supervise DSRs and ensure effective field operations Implement ongoing schemes and promotions for dealers and mechanics Identify and appoint new Channel Partners to expand market reach Preferred: Knowledge of the local language Candidates residing locally or nearby Compensation: CTC: ₹7–8 LPA Tenure of Contract: 1–2 years Key Behavioural Skills: Analytical mindset Effective communication and interpersonal skills Team management Locations: Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Guwahati, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai
