Job Description Sales Executive (Car Rental Services)
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our car rental team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting mobility solutions to individuals, corporates, and travel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Promote car rental services across short-term, long-term, and corporate leasing segments.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts with clients.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and delivery processes.
Provide timely reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends.
Support marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to generate leads.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
13 years of experience in sales (car rental, automobile, travel, or hospitality sector is an advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Goal-oriented and able to thrive under pressure to meet targets.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
