Job Overview
As part of our expansion, our RA vertical, initially led by interns, has achieved an ARR of approximately ~$1 million. We seek to partner with experienced professionals to bring strategic insight and expertise to scale this vertical.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the staffing industry and strong connections. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, from demand generation to closing client requirements and vendor management. This role promises to be the most challenging yet exciting journey you'll ever take. You will be working with passionate individuals who are determined to make a global impact and are ready to do whatever it takes.

Responsibilities
Demand Generation: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for resource augmentation, and generate and qualify leads through various channels.
Client Proposals and Presentations: Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, emphasizing the value of our resource augmentation services.
Client Acquisition and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for recruitment services, and establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure a reliable supply of qualified candidates.
Negotiation and Conversions: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize agreements and convert deals to meet or exceed sales targets, while also negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best rates and services and ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.

Preferred Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven track record of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the staffing or resource augmentation industry
