We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the Education & Training, EdTech, and Corporate Training Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets and expand our customer base

  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Build, train, and manage high-performing sales teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure success

  • Drive Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and close deals to drive revenue growth

  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage sales processes, track performance, and analyze sales data

  • Data Analysis: Leverage technical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis to inform sales strategies and optimize performance

  • Cost Saving Strategies: Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize sales operations and improve profitability

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute campaigns on Meta and Google platforms to drive lead generation and conversion

  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and hands-on execution capability to drive sales growth and team success

Requirements and Skills:

  • Education: MBA from a top-tier institution (IIM preferred) or equivalent experience

  • Experience: More than 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the Education & Training, EdTech, or Corporate Training Services industry

  • Certifications: Sales leadership certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Executive – CSE), CRM or sales tools certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified), negotiation or strategic sales certifications are a plus

  • Skills:

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability

  • Ability to build and scale sales teams

  • Strong network in the target industry

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
