Job Description
We are looking for a Server/Desktop Administrator with an Active Top Secret Clearance, who thrives in a sophisticated technology environment and prioritizes customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Job Title:              Server/Desktop Administrator
Location:              Rosslyn, VA
Job Type:              Permanent
Duties:
  • Review daily risk scores and take actions to address variability and compliance issues
  • Provide support to servers on multiple networks and classifications
  • Provide support for problem escalation beyond the first tier of help desk
  • Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem
  • Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating problems
  • Document and maintain procedure manuals

Requirements
  • Education – Bachelor's Degree in related field required
  • Clearance – Active Top Secret
  • IT Experience – More than 5 years
  • System Administration – experience in monitoring and management of system resources, monitoring and auditing system logs, back-up and recovery, security, and managing operating systems
  • Technical Administration/Support Experience – Windows Operating System, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Active Directory (creating, maintaining, transferring, and removing user accounts), Desktop
  • Certifications – Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Information Assurance Technical Level II baseline certification in accordance with DoD 8140.01 “Cyberspace Workforce Management”, and ITIL v3 Foundation certification
