Job Summary: We are seeking a detailed-oriented Compensation Platform Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support for our compensation management platform, ensuring its effectiveness and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and assistance for the compensation platform, addressing user inquiries and issues. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system-related problems. Assist in the implementation of new features and updates within the compensation platform. Conduct training sessions for users to improve platform utilization and understanding. Maintain documentation of system processes, user guides, and FAQs. Analyze user feedback to identify potential improvements and enhancements to the platform. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in HRIS or compensation system support. Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users. Experience with compensation management software is a plus.
