Job Description

Quality Assurance Seasoning Cubes

  • Perform thorough inspections and quality control checks on seasoning cubes throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished products.
  • Conduct sensory evaluations to assess the flavor, aroma, and texture of seasoning cubes, ensuring consistency and adherence to specifications.
  • Monitor production processes to identify and address any deviations from established quality standards, working closely with production staff to implement corrective actions.
  • Collect and analyze samples for laboratory testing, including microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses, to verify product quality and safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control data, test results, and inspection findings, and communicate any issues or trends to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Research and Development team to develop and refine quality control procedures and specifications for seasoning cubes.
  • Conduct audits of production facilities and processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Quality Assurance  Breakfast Cereals

  • Conduct thorough inspections and quality control checks on breakfast cereal products throughout the production process, including raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.
  • Perform sensory evaluations to assess the flavor, aroma, texture, and appearance of breakfast cereals, ensuring consistency and adherence to specifications.
  • Collect samples for laboratory testing, including microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses, to verify product quality, safety, and nutritional content.
  • Monitor production processes and parameters, such as temperature, moisture content, and cooking time, to identify any deviations from established quality standards.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety regulations, and quality control procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment and prevent contamination or adulteration of products.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control data, test results, and inspection findings, and communicate any issues or trends to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance technical skills, product knowledge, and quality awareness among production staff.
  • Assist with customer complaints and inquiries related to product quality, conducting investigations, and providing timely and accurate responses.


Requirements Quality Assurance  Seasoning Cubes
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles in the food manufacturing industry, with specific experience in seasoning products preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food safety principles, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform accurate and thorough inspections and tests.
  • Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment used for quality control testing.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate quality issues effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis software and quality control tools is preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of food quality and safety.
