Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, compile, and maintain data from multiple sources.
  • Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports shared with stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Analyze trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to gather data requirements.
  • Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Support audits, reviews, and business presentations.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or related field.
  • 1- 6 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Tableau (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
