MIS Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, compile, and maintain data from multiple sources.
- Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports shared with stakeholders.
- Automate reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- Analyze trends, variances, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to gather data requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Support audits, reviews, and business presentations.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or related field.
- 1- 6 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Tableau (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
