JOB ROLE:

  • Plans, organizes, and coordinates the operations and activities related to the Human Resources (HR) operations and functions, location wide.
  • Support HR SPOCS to resolve human resource problems, interpret HR policies, procedures, and recommend effective courses of action.
  • Provides leadership in coordinating the activities of the HR Department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Responsible for handling all Statutory Compliance related activities, i.e., PF/ ESIC, etc.
  • Works closely with Payroll and other HR Consultants in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing HR/Payroll programs, functions and activities.
  • Issuing all the internal letters

  • Uses various software applications, such as spreadsheets, relational databases and graphics packages to assemble, and/or format data and/or reports.
  • Assists with coordinating yearly processes including year-end closing, contract rollovers, yearly rate and work year calendars, staffing, etc.
  • Coordinates employee development and training activities.

Skills

  • :Hands-on program management of our core HR services, partnering with the COEs and HRBPs to drive high quality execution of HR Operations, HRIS, Employee Resources, and Payroll enablement functions
  • .He/she should be able to plan, coordinate, and drive strategic initiatives focused on scaling HR support in a best practice- manner
  • .The candidate should have proven success in creating customer centric experiences in an efficient and culturally appropriate way. Ability to translate strategy into deep operational execution, leveraging process expertise and analytics skills
  • .Active focus on automation of processes/ HR Ops. Well versed in automation best practices in the service industr

Qualification

  • s:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or relevant field or MSC/MA/MBA in human resources will be a plu
  • s.Should have relevant 3+ years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the IT Industr
  • y.Should be having great communication skill
  • s.Should have closely worked in all HR Operations functi
  • onThree plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources position
