Responsibilities include analyzing soil conditions, developing effective irrigation schedules, optimizing plant nutrition strategies, and conducting field trials and research to ensure high-quality agricultural practices. The Senior Agronomist will provide technical guidance and collaborate closely with teams to manage land, crops, and plantation health while enhancing productivity and sustainability. Qualifications Expertise in Soil Science and Agriculture practices Proficiency in Irrigation techniques and Plant Nutrition management Experience in conducting Agricultural Research and field trials Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or a related field Prior experience in plantations, nurseries, or large-scale agricultural operations is an advantage Ability to oversee site operations and adapt to on-field challenges
