Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a focus on the Healthcare/Life Sciences domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare and life sciences industries and a deep understanding of patient data management and engagement strategies.

The role emphasizes the focus on patient data management and engagement, tailored for candidates with 5 to 7 years of experience seeking a hybrid work environment in Gurugram or Bangalore.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements focusing on patient data and engagement.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of patient data management and engagement processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents.

Patient Data Management:

  • Work on projects involving the collection, storage, and analysis of patient data.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
  • Develop strategies for improving patient data quality and accessibility.

Patient Engagement Strategies:

  • Design and implement solutions to enhance patient engagement and experience.
  • Utilize patient data to identify opportunities for personalized patient interactions and improved outcomes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate patient engagement solutions into existing systems.

Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements related to patient data and engagement.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure mutual understanding of project goals and requirements.

Project Management Support:

  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
  • Track project progress and report on status, risks, and issues.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze patient data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver reports and presentations to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

  • Participate in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Computer Science. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare or Life Sciences domain, with a focus on patient data and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and standards related to patient data.
  • Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process modeling, and documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment, splitting time between the office in Gurugram or Bangalore and remote work.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems, patient engagement platforms, or healthcare information systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
