With millions of users and a growing network of sellers, Enewcleus requires a dedicated Paid Account Manager to provide personalized support and guidance to sellers using paid features and services on the Meesho platform.

Position Title: Paid Account Manager


Location: (Indore)(M.P.)


Position Overview:

As a Paid Account Manager at Meesho, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 30-34 seller accounts that utilize paid features and services on the platform. You will be the primary point of contact for these sellers, proactively engaging with them to discuss growth opportunities, address challenges, and optimize their use of paid features to enhance sales and visibility.


Key Responsibilities:


Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for 30-34 seller accounts, building strong relationships and providing personalized support to drive their success on the Meesho platform.

Communication and Engagement: Initiate regular calls and discussions with sellers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and provide tailored guidance and recommendations accordingly.

Listing and Advertisement Management: Assist sellers in optimizing their product listings, pricing strategies, and advertisement campaigns to improve visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Case Escalation: Address seller inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure a positive seller experience.

Sales Growth: Work closely with sellers to identify opportunities for sales growth, upselling premium features and services, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Promotion Opt-ins: Educate sellers about promotional opportunities, incentives, and marketing initiatives available through the Meesho platform, encouraging participation and maximizing exposure for their products.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with sellers, demonstrating empathy, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions, and serving as their advocate within the organization.

Performance Tracking: Monitor seller performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to help sellers achieve their business goals and objectives.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and deliver holistic solutions to sellers.

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach to addressing challenges and finding solutions.

Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving seller satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Note:- We need only Ex Flipkart or mayntra seller support or coustomre support excative.

Fluency in English and proficiency in regional languages is desirable.
