As a Sustainability Associate at Zyeta, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our efforts towards WELL/LEED certification and ensuring that sustainability practices are seamlessly integrated into our projects. Your responsibilities will include working on certification documents, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, developing standard templates for sustainability and wellness approaches, researching healthy materials and construction strategies, and implementing sustainability initiatives tailored to our clients' project goals.

Your Role Will Involve:

  • Leading the charge on WELL and LEED documentation — aligning designs with global sustainability benchmarks
  • Collaborating closely with clients, design teams, and execution partners to bring green strategies to life
  • Creating standard templates and toolkits for sustainability and wellness best practices
  • Conducting research on healthy materials, low-impact construction techniques, and the latest in sustainable design
  • Ensuring that sustainability and wellness principles are actively implemented on-site
  • Driving initiatives that are not just eco-conscious but aligned with the unique goals of every client

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A degree in Architecture with 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • A LEED AP / WELL AP certification is a strong advantage
  • A deep-rooted passion for green architecture, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
