We are looking for ideal candidates across West Zone - Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Nashik, Goa, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Rajkot, Surat to drive Health Insurance through channel partners, Retail Broking partners and Alternate tie ups

Responsibilities

  • Drive Health insurance sales within the assign territory through Retail Broking partners
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships ensuring engagement and tranquil execution
  • Conduct regular product training and knowledge refreshers for Broking employees and distributions
  • Monitor Sales Metrics, track performance and drive growth across all mapped brokers
  • Handling Operational co-ordinations including proposal submissions, issuance follow ups and service queries
  • Ensure high penetration across all channels by providing quality service and timely response of queries
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance and regulatory norms

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' ofexperience in handling B2B, channel sales, Retail Broking would be preferred
  • Service oriented approach with a problem solving mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in marketing will be preferred)
