Hotel Management Interns

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Management Trainees to join our dynamic team at Clover Greens Pvt Ltd. This comprehensive internship program offers hands-on experience in Food & Beverage Production and Service operations, providing an excellent foundation for a successful career in hospitality management.

  • Food & Beverage Production - Kitchen Operations
  • Food & Beverage Service - Front-of-house Operations

Internship Details and Duration

  • Full-time internship program
  • Duration: 3-6 Months

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Stipend: ₹5,000/-
  • Accommodation: Provided on-site
  • Food: Complimentary meals during internship period
  • Certificate: Completion certificate will be awarded upon successful program completion

Responsibilities Food & Beverage Production (Kitchen Operations)

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under supervision of experienced chefs
  • Learn food safety and hygiene protocols
  • Support inventory management and stock rotation
  • Understand menu planning and recipe standardization
  • Participate in kitchen cleaning and maintenance activities
  • Learn cost control measures and portion management

Food & Beverage Service Operations

  • Assist in restaurant service operations
  • Learn table setting, service standards, and guest interaction protocols
  • Support event setup and banquet operations
  • Understand point-of-sale systems and billing procedures
  • Practice customer service excellence and complaint handling
  • Learn beverage preparation and service techniques

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops
  • Complete assigned projects and reports
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across departments

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management
  • OR pursuing/completed Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management
  • OR relevant certification in Food & Beverage Operations

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication skills in English and local language
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical fitness to handle demanding work schedules
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Team player with positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality/F&B (preferred but not mandatory)
