We are expanding our culinary team and looking for a Chinese Cuisine Specialist to deliver authentic and high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes (starters, main courses, noodles, soups, sauces, etc.).
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all food items.
• Develop innovative menus and seasonal specialties in line with guest preferences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
• Manage kitchen stock for Chinese ingredients and coordinate with the purchase team for requirements.
• Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff in Chinese cuisine techniques.
• Work closely with the F&B and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor portion control, reduce food wastage, and ensure cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chinese Chef / Specialist / Cook in hotels, resorts, or fine-dining restaurants.
• Expertise in authentic Chinese culinary techniques (stir-fry, steaming, wok handling, sauces, etc.).
• Ability to design attractive and creative menus.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work in a resort/hospitality environment.
