Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in building and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB modules, along with scripting and integration knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure custom applications, workflows, UI policies, and client scripts in ServiceNow.
  • Work on Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB implementations.
  • Develop and maintain Flow Designer & IntegrationHub automations.
  • Build and support REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices in process implementations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for ServiceNow applications.

Must-Have Skills

  • 4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB modules.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripting within ServiceNow.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,300, ₹1,400,000.00 per year
