Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Bioinformatics Scientist to join our dynamic

team of collaborative scientists. The ideal candidate will have an M.Sc. in

Bioinformatics (or related field) with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in processing,

analysing, and interpreting NGS and other omics data. The successful candidate will

contribute to the development of workflows and Next-Gen sequence data analysis

deliverables for various client projects.

Qualifications

 M.Sc. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, or related

discipline.

 2–3 years of hands-on experience in NGS data analysis e.g. transcriptomics,

metagenomics, whole genome assembly, epigenomics etc. (3D modelling/docking

not required)

 Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python, R, or Bash.

 Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
